John The Plumber is hiring a full-time scheduler for Monday to Friday. The shift is 9:30-6, for forty hours a week.

We're growing and preparing for the busy spring season

What You Can Expect:

Taking 3060 inbound phone calls a day or more
Providing worldclass customer service to our clients
Helping book the appointment into the next available opening (or an appointment at the client's convenience)
Additional tasks in the office to help the growth of the company
Working in an office environment
