Description
MUST HAVE experience with quickbooks, data entry, payables, receivables, payroll, wsib tax deductions hst, invoices, filing and other duties as required.
MUST PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
organizing and planning schedule for work employees, able to keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers
Positive attitude with good people skills.
Good time management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Manage office as required
Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
