Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Instructor to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality digital marketing training programs to help students and professionals acquire essential digital marketing skills and stay updated with industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:


Curriculum Development:
Develop and update digital marketing course content, lesson plans, and training materials.
Ensure course materials align with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Use real-world examples and case studies to enhance learning experiences.


Assessment and Feedback:
Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to students to help them improve their digital marketing skills.


Industry Insights:
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content remains current.
Share industry insights and practical tips with students.


Student Support:
Be available to address student questions, concerns, and provide guidance throughout the course.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Classroom Management:
Maintain a professional and organized learning environment, ensuring the classroom or online sessions run smoothly.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including handson experience with various digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, or educator, preferably in a classroom or online setting.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are a plus.

Additional Requirements:


  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students and professionals.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
