About the Opportunity:


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Grade 12 plus the successful completion of a one-year secretarial course or office administration course
  • One year secretarial experience required
  • Experience working in a medical setting an asset
  • Experience with outpatient booking and registration considered an asset
  • Experience working with interpreters considered an asset
  • Experience working with individuals who may have cognitive or communication challenges considered as asset
  • Knowledge of medical terminology an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with patients, hospital staff, public and referral sources
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours:


  • Long Assignment (100%) position; 70 hours biweekly
  • Approximately 18 months

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $22.50 Hourly
