Are you looking to drive your career forward?

Mann-Northway Auto Source is looking for an experienced
Service Receptionist to join our growing team We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to take ownership of administrative support. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for customers who choose Mann-Northway Auto Source as well as managing daily & monthly business administrative duties.

Your Day to Day:

Greeting customers & requesting/downloading insurance claims
Scheduling assessment & repair appointments
Booking courtesy vehicles
Communicating with Insurance providers
Collecting payments
Recording expected towing requests

What You Bring to the Table:

Great Customer service skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Office administration experience preferred
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Superb Word, Excel, & PowerPoint skills. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday and Friday - 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
