Purpose and Mission of the Role

  • To organize, manage, and execute administrative and technical activities in support of Site obligations and deliverables within the context of defined Site and Project scope.
  • Specific Functional areas to be supported: EHS, HR, Industrial, Indirect Sourcing, Procurement, IT, Timekeeping, Accounting
  • Specific Areas to be managed: JHSC, Document Control/Routings, Various DIP accounts
  • To observe and anticipate the administrative needs, and ensure they are fulfilled. To respond appropriately in terms of priority and urgency.
Organisational Reporting

  • Hierarchical: Site Managing Director
  • Functional: Multiple based on metier being supported
Key Network & Links

  • Internal: Brampton Staff, all employees
  • External: Various Vendors and Suppliers
Performance Measurement

  • Feedback from Metier being supported
  • Routings issued on time and in full
  • Suppport with timely reconcilliation of ALISTA and MES (AOS) time management systems
  • Ability to work occasional overtime, weekends, and Bank holidays to support delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Calendar
  • Manage DIP accounts.
  • Manage ALISTA (time and attendance system) and Payroll Administration / Reporting
  • Manage Document Control (Routings)
  • Back up for EHS Orientation
  • Site contact for IT
  • General and various Admin tasks in support of Staff

Qualifications:


  • Communication skills
  • High Energy, and results oriented
  • Strong computer and MS Offiice skills
  • Continous learner
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, & Environmental requirements
  • Excellent in verbal/written business correspondence
Educational Requirement

  • Administrative Degree or Diploma
Working Conditions

  • 70% Office environment
  • 30% Industrial / Manufacturing environment
