Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Beni.

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Duties:


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with meal planning and portion control to minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Assist with the training of new kitchen staff members

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food handler's certification is preferred but not required

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
