Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicating with customers and sales representatives to set up customer accounts and profiles.
  • Record, update and maintain customer accounts information.
  • Gathering information, investigating, and providing resolution for customer complaints.
  • Work across field staff and office administration to provide solutions for customers' requests.
  • Executing the developed strategies to retain major clients.
  • Direct calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:


  • Have customer service experience.
  • The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
