RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a positive customer service experience and foster relationships with customers
- Enter and check customer orders
- Develop quotations based on customer input.
- Collaborate with production on rush requests and RMA requirements
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience with office furniture is a strang asset
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English with great communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Quickly adapt to new technology and work processes
- Other duties as assigned
