RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a positive customer service experience and foster relationships with customers
  • Enter and check customer orders
  • Develop quotations based on customer input.
  • Collaborate with production on rush requests and RMA requirements
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Previous experience with office furniture is a strang asset

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in English with great communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Quickly adapt to new technology and work processes
  • Other duties as assigned
