Overview of Position
Responsibilities
- Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring the CFO's time is optimized.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as requested.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and provide followup on action items as needed.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of information.
- Organize travel arrangements for the team.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and special projects.
- Proactively offer assistance to other areas of the business, with an ability to identify opportunities to jump in and create value.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support other senior team leads on a variety of tasks and initiatives, as required.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a role with similar responsibilities.
- Experience in Real Estate would be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with bilingualism (French and English) as an asset.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
