Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Must Haves:
- At least 5 years experience testing Azure systems, Active Directory and Identity management (Most important)
- 5 to 8 years of experience leading testing in a hybrid environment (as applicable)
- Experience in creating Project Test Strategies/Plans covering functional, SIT, E2E, Regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
- Experience managing multiple testing streams and crossfunctional teams
- Strong communication, collaboration and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform activities based on Crown Corporation practices and procedures
- Interact with stakeholders for task allocation and prioritization.
- Define and manage the overall test strategy & detailed test plan.
- Take ownership for management of testing activities and ensure that risks are identified and appropriately mitigated. Escalate as required.
- Track overall progress of execution of the engagement.
- Perform all testing execution
- Coordinate the development, planning and execution of new functionality, integration, end to end and regression tests.
- Facilitate the defect management and coordinate with all impacted parties to ensure that defects are appropriately raised, prioritized and resolved.
- Assist with the setup and management of the test environments and test data.
- Report on all test deliverables and obtain signoff.
- Responsible for the overall testing related project activities and deliverables.
- Handle project escalations and provide resolutions.
- Track overall progress of execution of the engagement.
- Define and manage overall testing and defect management process and activities, including performance and automation.
- Communicate test results and status to the project manager and/or key project leadership and stakeholders. as well as the development or architecture leads responsible for corrective actions
- Work closely with development, architecture and support organizations providing direction on testing activities, reporting on test progress and system readiness across a portfolio of initiatives.
- Participate in product readiness and release decisions and provides test signoff documentation.
