WHAT TO EXPECT:


Reporting to the Director of Purchasing and Logistics, your role will be to plan, organize, direct and control receiving, order preparation, packaging, shipping and resources on the various shifts.


Here's an overview of your tasks:

  • Promote and ensure compliance with the various health and safety regulations and procedures in the workplace
  • Write all documentation for shipping to Canada, US, Overseas
  • Fill out the information required by customers on their portal
  • Plan the pickup of goods to be shipped according to the requirements
  • Coordinate shipping dates based on available inventory
  • Rigorously coordinate the multisite inventory
  • Coordinate the transportation and movement of raw materials, finished products, semifinished products and subcontractors to ensure optimal supply
  • Plan and coordinate the work of material handlers
  • In collaboration with his/her manager, analyze the needs related to the company's growth

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • DEC or AEC in Logistics Operations Management or any other combination of relevant training and experience
  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Advanced Office 360 skills
  • Intermediate level of bilingualism
  • Ability to manage priorities and flexibility
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and innovate
  • Autonomy, thoroughness and resourcefulness***
