Experience and Skills:
- previous teaching experience, which can include the role of professor, teacher, teaching assistant, workshop facilitator, or other knowledge sharing and mentorship roles
- engaging and effective teaching skills to help students achieve learning outcomes in both in-class and online adult learning environments
- ability to coach, support, and manage the learning environment for a diverse group of students using culturally responsive, equity-informed pedagogies
- cultural competency to develop and deliver culturally responsive curriculum
- ability to foster innovation and positive change in all aspects of the professor role
- ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
