- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination)
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate (from a WSIB-approved provider)
- Copy of your Immunization Records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, TB Skin Test - Step 1 & 2)
- Minimum 1 year of security experience required
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, French is considered an asset
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
- Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
- Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability

As a Security Officer at Campbellford Memorial Hospital, you will be responsible for working with a small, dedicated team to deliver the exceptional service Paladin provides. Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) is a 34-bed health care facility located in Trent Hills. It serves approximately 40,000 Northumberland, Peterborough and Hastings County residents, as well as a large seasonal population of cottagers and tourists enjoying the beautiful Kawartha Lakes Region and the Trent River System.
