Serviceman - Edmonton, Canada - Royal Camp Services Ltd
Description
Duties:
- General handyman repair work of camp trailers
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues of camp trailers (heating / plumbing / electrical)
- Operate a loader to place trailers / pallets onto trucks and throughout the service yard
- Pickup parts from suppliers
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and teardown of remote camps
- Other Miscellaneous labour duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Available for a work shift Monday to Friday between 8AM to 4PM with opportunities for overtime during the busy fall / winter season
- Own transportation required as the work location it is not accessible by public transit This position requires the following certifications:
- Standard First Aid
- CSTS
- Fall Arrest
- Own tools an asset
- Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
- Bondable
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to lift, move, and carry up to 50lbs throughout the work shift
- While this position is based out of Edmonton it may require limited out of town work
- Due to the safety sensitive nature of our remote sites the ability to pass a preaccess DA test may be required
