Responsibilities:


Key Job Responsibilities

• Data input using EPIC, Word and Excel Maintain, organize and update client files including use of electronic document storage software Communicate with adjusters with respect to open claims
• Process all incoming mail in a timely fashion Receive and report minor new claims from clients
• Assist Personal Lines Claims Advocates with workload as required Complete special Claims projects as required

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements

• Completion of postsecondary education; Business Insurance program an asset RIBO, CAIB or CIP designations an asset or courses completed towards designations RIBO designation a requirement to be attained within 6 months of starting role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to multi‐task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills Client service and/or advocacy experience
