Member Service Representatives that support our Judgement Free Zone mission and ensure we deliver an exceptional gym experience for our members and their guests.

We have multiple Member Service Representative positions open and are urgently hiring.

Essential duties of Member Service Representatives include but are not limited to: answering member questions (in person or over the phone), completing member check-ins, giving new member tours, new member sign ups and cleaning checks throughout the facility (Bathrooms/Locker Rooms/Black Card Area/Workout Area).

What we are looking for:

Someone who is 18 years of age or older with a great attitude, willing to learn new things, a strong listener, the ability to empathize and problem solve, punctuality and reliability is a must and great customer service skills.
