A day in the life:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, legal, and finance, to develop and execute project plans
- Define and manage the scope, schedule, and budget for M&A programs, ensuring timely delivery of highquality results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and SOX, across all M&A programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior management and external partners
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in M&A integration, and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage program risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success
- Ensure effective communication across all teams and stakeholders, and provide regular program status updates and reporting
What you'll bring to WSP
:
- PMI Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experienced and stewardship skill working in enterprise IT organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in managing complex IT programs, including M&A integrations, across multiple countries
- Knowledge of security and regulatory standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and SOX
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing budgets, schedules, and scope
- Experience in change management and ability to lead teams through complex transformational changes
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify risks and issues and develop effective mitigation plans
- Experience in a global company environment and working across multiple time zones
