Primary Function:
Handles and prepares food for service according to the established company's menus and recipes.
Reports To:
Executive Chef
Major Responsibilities:
- Preparation of all food in accordance with established company menus and recipes.
- Implement and execute food handling and cleaning procedures in accordance as outlined in the Safe Food Handling Manual and cleaning specifications.
- Responsible for the proper use of equipment and utensils to prevent damage or undue maintenance requirements.
- Reports any malfunctioning equipment or furnishings in need of repair or refurbishing to their superiors.
- Professional and responsible conduct

- Good verbal communication & organizational skills
