WHAT'S THE JOB?
Our Tim Horton's team at Health Sciences North in Sudbury ON is looking for an experienced and passionate manager to lead our team

Recruit and lead a dynamic team to help build a successful business. Promote open communication, foster respect for others, and instill a strong work ethic. Establish a fast pace and lead the way by setting goals and then exceeding them.

  • Adhere to all required health and safety regulations and procedures while preparing food including:
  • Using proper techniques when using the tools, supplies, and equipment provided
  • Wearing and correctly using proper personal protective equipment (i.e. nonslip shoes, cutresistant gloves)
  • Monitoring equipment and notifying appropriate parties of malfunctioning or in need of repair equipment
  • Complying with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards including the recording of all time temperature sensitive food
  • Implements strategies to help meet store goals and objectives
  • Store Manager will recruit, develop, and motivate store employees who exceed internal and external customer expectations
  • Establishing a strong customer service/selling culture to maximize sales and drivethru times
  • Will work as a Customer Service Representative and lead by example to their employees
  • The Store Manager will place orders, complete bank deposits, and daily paperwork
  • Resolving customer complaints for increased customer satisfaction
  • The Store Manager will control labor hours, cash, REV and DM audits, and waste.
  • Will maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and employees
  • Complete monthly financial meeting with district manager
  • Marketing within your community to increase market share and store revenues
  • Complying with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards including the recording of all time temperature sensitive food

Qualifications:
