The Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine/Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is seeking physicians with skills, expertise, and interest in pursuing a clinical position in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) which fits the future vision of the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine as part of the University of British Columbia, and the BC Women's Hospital and Health Center (BCW) in beautiful Vancouver, BC.

As the successful applicant for this position, you will have accredited subspecialty training in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) and be eligible for:

  • Sub-specialty Maternal Fetal Medicine Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)
  • Licensure to practice from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
  • Additional training and/or experience in Maternal/Obstetrical Medicine as it pertains to high risk pregnancy.
  • Additional training, interest and/or experience in Research activities including but not limited to knowledge generation, knowledge translation and/or knowledge implementation.
  • Additional training, interest and/or experience in leadership/administration.
The arrangement will take the form of a salary/service contract.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience in accordance with the published APP ranges and the Division's internal compensation grid.
