Description
We are looking for a
Warranty Administrator for our Audi West dealership


Main tasks:

  • Process warranty claims and internal work orders
  • Verify compliance with Audi standards
  • Follow up on claims and ensure prompt payment
  • Notify service manager of exceptions and issues of non-compliance
  • Review and reconcile warranty schedule and provide accounting
  • Ensure service is kept aware of warranty regulations and policy changes
  • Verify defective parts are returned to Audi
  • Participate in audits
Shifts Monday to Friday 7am-4pm

Audi & Warranty experience considered an asset
