Bilingual Receptionist to join their team at a prestigious
Hotel in Griffintown.


As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our guests. Your exceptional customer service and warm welcome will set the tone for a memorable stay.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
  • Efficiently manage guest checkins and checkouts
  • Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about hotel services
  • Assist guests with requests and offer recommendations for local attractions.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns with tact and promptness.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel:
Ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets, including formulas, functions, and data visualization. Experience with pivot tables and data manipulation is a plus.

  • A solid understanding of Sage software, including data entry, invoicing, and report generation. Familiarity with Sage's accounting and financial tools is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service and building positive relationships
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
using reservation and front desk software.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Hourly wage: $16.50 to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications
