About This Opportunity:


As a Customer Sales Initiatives Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving topline growth through the planning and execution of field sales initiatives.

Collaborating with both internal and external partners, you will be responsible for developing the National and Regional Targeted Sales Initiatives (TSIs) calendar, scheduling TSI visits, effectively communicating initiatives to the Field Sales team to ensure their successful completion.


Responsibilities:


  • Using the Customer 360 framework, understand and optimize our field sales software to work efficiently and effectively for our users
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as CONA, Salient, JUDO, and Spring Global; advocating for Canada's technological needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, Business Solutions, Planning, & CSSC to provide integrated sales solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Commercial, Customer & Capability to ensure we are leveraging our tools to the fullest extent to drive topline growth
  • Lead all testing and compatibility requirements for enhancements to existing software, new software pilots, and associated reporting needs
  • Support field sales by managing support inquiries, system outages, scheduled upgrades, and user testing
  • Understand and analyze reporting related to software usage and compliance to determine opportunities for further improvements and/or training needs
  • Deliver data driven insights and opportunities for Action Items that drive sales results
  • Oversee the execution of TSIs and Action Items and help drive completion rate
  • Leverage automation to collect and share data across platforms

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant sales or CPG experience
  • Project management, data analysis, and software development experience considered an asset
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work both individually and collaboratively to deliver results
  • Problem Solver, able to deep dive technical issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Teams
  • Snowflake, SAP, Margin Minder, and Craft experience preferred
  • Excellent timemanagement and organization skills
  • Remote work environment with travel up to 10%
