**Who We AreSUMMARY
The
Asset Logistics Coordinator oversees various aspects of Supply chain management in monitoring, tracking and expediating equipment or asset shipments for project construction installs.
Management and decision making about inventory, and when new asset need to be placed to meet client project deliver demand.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment end to end flow
- Lead the end to end equipment flow from manufacture shipment, warehousing, inventory and deployment to project sites.
- Process Driven
- Work with procurement to ensure study equipment/asset are ordered, allocated and organize equipment to the relevant warehouses prior to go project deployment.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationship with project managers and coordinators, manufactures and logistics shipping company, cross functionally.
- Facilitate the shipping of products with delivery company from manufacture to warehouse as well as to project site in meeting project timeline (Just in Time).
- Manage and maintain shipment data.
- Maintain an inventory tracker by manufacture info, description of product, model and serial numbers.
- Ability to provide adhoc and monthly reporting for internal and client meeting.
- Ensure equipment capacity is kept at optional levels to meet project delivery schedule and drive opportunities with external manufacture, logistics companies.
- Lead the investigation of damage equipment received by warehouse and project delivery site with resolution.
- Quality Control develop and maintain checklist and photos in a document repository as part of company assurance policy.
- Continually review freight costs, labour and travel, warehousing costs while keeping the costs down where possible.
- Support new transportation equipment/inventory technology optimization.
Safety
- Checks the technical condition of the equipment prior operation.
- In the event of accident informs immediately according to Company procedure.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of process driven, excel and automated tools. (23 years in professional developer's role)
