Job Description:

Accountabilities:

Attending training and updates and completing own competency annually
Acting as an supply chain systems resource and problem solver
Providing staff feedback to appropriate individuals or committees
Having a system for communicating updates to stakeholders
Taking the lead in system education and competency, both annually and participating in testing or unit pilot projects focused on the involved equipment, program, system

Knowledge and Skills:

Postsecondary studies in computer systems, database systems, or other related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supply Chain environment, preferably with AS400
Able to perform after hours support on a rotating oncall basis.
Excellent interpersonal, decision making, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrated skills in being detail oriented.
Willingness to take training on both your own and company's time.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, supply chain management or logistics
Good knowledge of ERP systems
Bilingualism in English / French.
