Description

Our offices are looking for a team of Seasonal Tax Assemblers and Preparers to join our Toronto Tax Services team.

If you are reliable, efficient, have high attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this is a great opportunity to gain professional service exposure.

In this role you will assemble client tax returns, answer and direct phone calls with professionalism, and make mailings as needed.

Responsibilities include:

Printing and assembling tax returns
Data Entry and other general office tasks
Scanning & Filing confidential client documents for RSM record
Assist in compiling and mailing of personal tax returns
Provide general administrative support
Completed a Business degree program, preferably in Accounting
Interest/Experience in Accounting/Tax helpful
Excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and high attention to detail
Commitment to quality and the timely completion of work
Previous experience in Microsoft Office
