What we're looking for
The Night Auditor is responsible for overall resort operations during the night shift.

The primary focus (not an exhaustive list) is on all Front Desk and Night Audit responsibilities, including overseeing the property, handling complaints, assisting guests, addressing disturbances, entering and auditing reservations, preparing arrival documentation, and collecting payments as appropriate.

Compensation
- $24.50 CAD / hour

What you'll do

Overnight shift report
Close out the previous day, set to the current day
Close open items as appropriate from day shifts
Security walkthroughs every 2 hours
Guest/owner interactions as necessary
Address or report disturbances
A first reporter for medical and other emergencies
Ensure late arrivals are tracked to the next day if applicable
Open tickets as appropriate (from a walkthrough or guests/owners)
Run Arrivals and Departures reports as appropriate
Assemble checkin packets, make key cards and parking passes
Other duties, as assigned

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed (11 PM until 7 AM).
Occasional need to perform housekeeping and/or inspection duties
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the waist
Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
