Project Manager (Regina)
Visionpool Business Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

This role is based in Regina, Saskatchewan

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years project management experience
PMP Certification
Solid knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
Experience managing both business and technical projects
Proven track record of successfully implementing medium to large sized projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
Experience managing Web Based projects is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft a Project Initiation Document (PID), project schedule, issues, and risk logs.
Gather and develop a project team including definition of roles
With the assistance of the project team, validate previously gathered requirements.
Plan and conduct kickoff meetings with project team.
Plan, facilitate and document all project meetings.
Obtain sign off of all deliverables.
Monitor and communicate project status that includes project status updates, scope, and issue and risk management.
Initiate project closure including lessons learned.
