Job Description:

What you'll be doing

How you'll succeed- Work closely with business and technology partners to gather complex technical user stories/requirements (functional & non-functional).

Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs.

Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.- Assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements.

Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, user stories/solution requirements, system workflows and quality assurance.

Who you are

  • You've spent at least 3 years in a BSC role leading projects, creating technical requirements and designing solutions. It's an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies, and Application and/or Architecture Development.
  • Technical Skills. You are comfortable with working with data, backend systems and have a technical background, yet have strong business acumens to understand what the business really needs. You MUST have professional exposure in system development lifecycle utilizing the waterfall delivery approach and expertise in delivering technical/solution requirements. It nice to have agile delivery experience.

  • You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Application Development, IT, Business, and/or a related field
