Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments.


Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To):


  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 13 years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Management, Office Administration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
