Busy Real Estate Team is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team.


Having worked in /for a busy Real Estate Team at least
3 years as an Administrator or Client Care; you love keeping busy, the challenge of multi-tasking and feel satisfied in having a productive day.

You appreciate organization, structure, and look for ways to improve processes for the smoothest outcome. You pride yourself in your attention to detail and love to learn. You have a growth mindset and look for ways to challenge yourself and succeed.


You are looking to be part of a real estate team that is growing in a downward market, trusted and offers a fun, nurturing environment.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-5

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations
  • Project management for new listings/deals
  • Schedule showing appointments
  • Prepare paperwork for deals and MLS
  • Prepare expenses reports
  • Work with clients, cooperating agents & service providers
  • Draft offers and other related documents
  • Update social media regularly
  • Answering phones calls during business hours

Qualification

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong typing & writing skills
  • Good working knowledge of offers and listing paperwork
  • Proficient in Microscoft Office (Word/Excel) or Mac
  • Relatively proficient with social media (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Very familiar with Webforms, MLS, electronic signing platforms, general knowledge of CRM's helpful to know Trello & Asana
  • Skyslope knowledge is an advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • NORTH YORK, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
