A well established Property Management company is seeking a Full-Time Residential Building Maintenance Technician, to join our multi-residential apartment complex located in Abbotsford, BC.


The position(s) will include the following:

  • Rent-Free Apartment;
  • Onthejob / Ongoingtraining

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;
  • Other grounds maintenance
  • Maintain positive relations with tenants;
  • Ensure resident safety and security always;
  • Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
  • Follow an 'oncall' schedule;
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Essential Skills:

  • Oral communication;
  • Working with others;
  • Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset;
Minimum of 3 years of experience
