Job Description

• Carry out research, preparation and broadcasting of its programs, as well as maintaining program records.
• Deliver current topics in the form of an editorial or round table.
• Conduct research on current topics
• Do topical interviews
• Operate, if necessary, your sound console for a broadcast.
• Ensure the operation of the equipment necessary for their work.
• Inform the employer, as soon as possible, of all relevant details concerning technical difficulties and any errors relating to broadcasting.
• Participate in promotional activities when required by the employer, for a maximum of four (4) outings per year.
• Manage competitions associated with your show.
• Carry out advertising writing as needed.
• Carry out commercial ("remote") or promotional reports as needed.
• Produce and distribute digital content as needed.
• Produce and upload social media content for brands as needed.
• Host events in front of audiences as needed.
• Display our brands in collaboration with the promotional department as needed.
• Represent the station at events and be called upon to do interviews (e.g.: press conference and launch).
• Perform any other related task related to their duties.

Critical Qualifications

• Experience in animation
• Excellent command of social media
• Professional approach to the profession and developed sense of responsibility
• Excellent knowledge of regional news
• Excellent mastery of current affairs research.
• Good knowledge of music
• Dynamism, creativity and team spirit
• Excellent written and spoken French
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines
• Mastery of computerized production
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an operator or host in the field of radio
• Great sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in a field related to employment
• Production skills, advertising editing
