Description
Ensures the accurate compilation of accounting data, payroll and billing in the preparation of monthly financial reporting and close.- Oversees the gathering of data for preparation of monthly financial reporting and other management reporting.
- Assist in managing all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing.
- Assist in establishing, modifies, and coordinates the implementation of processes, policies, and procedures with Finance Team and Sites.
- Assist in the reconciliation of GL accounts such as Lease, depreciation, Accruals and Prepayments.
- Coordinates the monthly close process. Involves reviewing and preparing journal entries as required.
- Supervises monthly balancing of books and monthly account reviews; prepares, analyzes, and reconciles monthly financial statements.
- Responsible for carrying out supervisory duties such as training, setting expectations, and evaluating performance of staff.
- Assist in the annual Budget preparation and Forecasts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by senior management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance required. CPA preferred.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Generally, prefer 35 years of related supervisory or management experience.
