The Position

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and maintain talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to support business needs,
Build and maintain an effective talent acquisition and Social Marketing Strategy
Monitor and measure recruitment results against Key Performance Indicators.
Actively seek business optimization opportunities.
Ensures Diversity and inclusion is embedded at each stage of the recruitment process.

You Bring

Diploma or certificate in HR Management or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience; recruiting in a fastpaced technology field
Excellent MS Office skills especially with Word and Excel
Experience using Dayforce ATS is preferred.
Experience recruiting in other countries, namely the UK, Taiwan, and Australia is considered an asset.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and judgment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and be flexible
