5+ years experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, ESVT/EST, Honeywell TPS / TDC3000
Process controllers: C300, C200, HPM, APM
All variety of thirdparty PLC/devices integration to DCS
Industrial Communication: Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP/IP, Serial Communication RS 485, RS 422, RS 23
Networking Skills: Fault Tolerant Ethernet (FTE), Ethernet
Configure and Administer Windows domain (Experion and TPS Domains)
OPC connectivity between Process control servers and other 3rd party servers
MS Excelmacro based tools
Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting process control schemes in Honeywell TDC3000 (basic control algorithms and CL/AM code/PMX(basic control algorithms

Key Responsibilities

Site Support, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell TPS and Experion DCS system.
Implement and Admin EPKS Domains, controllers, switches, peripherals, FTE and Microsoft.
Turnaround commissioning support, logic configuration.
Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems (OPC).
Administer preventive maintenance on controls systems.
Knowledge on TDC3000, TPS, EHPM, ESTVT, EST and FDM systems.
Observe function of installed equipment or system to detect hazards.
Repair and troubleshoot control and signal circuits and identify discrepancies.
Program code logic and troubleshoot existing code.
Support and troubleshoot LAN / WAN communications.
