Hiring Unit:

  • Athletics & Recreation_

Position Summary:
Reporting to the head shopkeeper the associate may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales transactions
  • Shop maintenance and inventory control
  • Providing exemplary customer service and responding to customer questions.
  • Processing and fulfilling online and instore pickup orders.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Prior retail experience an asset
  • Knowledge of active living apparel is an asset
  • Knowledge of French and English. McGill University is an Englishlanguage university where daytoday duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing
  • Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
