How you will make a difference

  • Articulate the Avidbots value proposition (to business and technical personas), to assess customer requirements and buying interest
  • Research target accounts, define buying personas, identify key players, and gather contact information
  • Conduct effective followup on prospect accounts
  • Understand and effectively communicate the Avidbots product to senior level executives
  • Qualify sales opportunities, and facilitate prospect introductions for our Account Executives
  • Manage contact data, sales campaigns, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and other sales/marketing automation tools


As demand for Neo accelerates, we are growing our Sales Team We are hiring a Business Development Representative to seek new business opportunities by prospecting and driving new leads in your respective territory.

Preferred qualifications & key skills

  • Post secondary education in business or related field
  • Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum qualifications

  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • 1+ years of professional experience working in an outbound B2B sales environment
  • Successfully complete preemployment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
