Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the sales process, track open sales orders, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Achieve quota attainment and drive profitable growth.
  • Determine product pricing using pricing matrix and other resources.
  • Develop strategies to meet margin goals for specific products.
  • Conduct estimating, takeoff, and proposal duties as required.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
  • 25 years of experience in sales.
- an understanding of small tool's & construction equipment helpful


Required Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of basic internet research techniques
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly

Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
