What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for a range of essential supportive services working across multiple locations in Edmonton (facilities management, coordination, and maintenance).
Facilities Management and Coordination
- Conduct monthly site meetings
- Perform basic repairs and ongoing maintenance requests
- Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Coordinate office moves and other changes
- Key contact for landlord and contractors
- Receive and respond to all requests through ticketing system
- Assess procedures and make recommendations for improvement
Vendor/ Supplier Management and Coordination
- Primary contact for all vendors and suppliers such as supplies, PPE, and building cleaning and safety
Health & Safety
- Supports Agency Health & Safety Program
- Conducts monthly inspections of all sites
- Agency vehicle maintenance and support
What you bring to the role:
- Diploma or certificate related to Facilities Management / maintenance and 2 years' experience.
- Equivalent experience and education will be considered
- Experience in providing a broad range of basic maintenance is preferred but not required
- Human Services or nonprofit experience will be considered an asset
Background Check Process & Requirements:
As part of the selection process, The Family Centre will conduct reference checks.
- Police Information Check
- Vulnerable Sector (completed within the last 6 months)
- Child Intervention Records Check (completed within the last 6 months)
- Reliable Vehicle that is available for regular use, a valid driver's license, and a 5years
- Driver Abstract

- $59,238 - $79,221 annually
