Description

Queen Margherita Pizza (Dundas and Bathurst location) is looking for a wood burning oven pizza chef for their frozen pizza line.

We prepare our dough and toppings from scratch, previous experience in wood oven pizza making is a definite asset for this role.

Responsibilities

Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
Organized, dedicated and self starting
Excellent verbal communication skills
Creative, motivated and self starting
Possess excellent attention to detail
Positive high energy individual
Must be food handlers certified
Passion for Italian cuisine is a must

Duties

Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the restaurant
Ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a manner that is timely and consistent
Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Cook pizzas in a wood burning oven

Pay determined based on experience.
