We are looking for a

Sales Coordinator who will partner with the sales and marketing team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination, ultimately enabling the sales team to deliver on their objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the

Sales Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:


Internal Communication:


  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments including marketing, professional services, partnerships, product development, legal and finance.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Gather and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to the sales team and management.

Sales Operations:


  • Manage process for contract signature and notification to all relevant departments that a new contract has been signed.
  • Assist in planning and organization of sales meetings, workshops, or training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Sales Process Optimization:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and agree on improvements. This may include streamlining workflows, implementing new sales tools, developing new sales strategies.

Market Research:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis.

Feedback Collection:


  • Collect feedback from customers, sales team members, and other team members to identify areas of improvement, assess customer satisfaction, and share insights for product or service enhancements.

Industry Events:


  • Manage upcoming event schedule, including date/location, sponsorships, internal attendees, registrations, agendas, attendee lists, and event orders.

Partnerships:


  • Assist in vetting and preparing paperwork for potential new Partners
  • Work with LendSuite business units to manage ongoing Partner engagements including new development, tracking Professional Services work, managing SOW and contract execution, managing invoice payments, and keeping CRM up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Selfmotivated, ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities through strong time management skills
  • Ability to follow and champion the use of processes throughout the sales and marketing team
  • Ability to gather and derive insights from data
  • Desire to grow in the sales and marketing department, taking on other responsibilities or new roles
  • Ability to travel (up to 15%) to LendSuite head office in Florida or industry conferences
  • Preferred:
  • Sales or marketing experience in technology
  • Postsecondary education
