Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Ocean Ridge Recycling's services and initiatives.
Manage and maintain Ocean Ridge Recycling's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and create content related to recycling best practices, industry news, and environmental awareness.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive insights.
Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs, events, and partnerships to promote recycling and engage with the local community.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
Support the marketing team in daytoday administrative tasks and project management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Proficient in content creation and management using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Passion for sustainability, recycling, and environmental conservation.
