Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Ocean Ridge Recycling's services and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain Ocean Ridge Recycling's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and create content related to recycling best practices, industry news, and environmental awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive insights.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs, events, and partnerships to promote recycling and engage with the local community.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Support the marketing team in daytoday administrative tasks and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Proficient in content creation and management using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for sustainability, recycling, and environmental conservation.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
