Description
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Advisor.

As an advisor at Canadian Children's Art Foundation, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and developing policies to enhance our sales efforts.

Your expertise will help shape our strategies and ensure the success of our sales initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Attend a weekly meeting at CCAF to discuss sales and marketing objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participate in the Sales and Marketing Committee meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improving sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and implement sales policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to establish sales targets, strategies, and action plans.
  • Advise on pricing strategies, promotions, and other salesrelated initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to optimize sales processes.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales advisory roles, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market research.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Flexibility to attend weekly meetings at CCAF and Sales and Marketing Committee meetings.
