Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Works with the leadership team to develop and execute the Company's overall marketing strategy.
  • Audits and analyzes areas of the Company website and all content that can be improved and optimized from a marketing perspective.
  • Implements search engine optimization efforts and techniques to increase the Company's visibility to potential customers on Google etc.
  • Creates, develops, and monitors digital content on various social media platforms and other forums to elevate the Company's presence in the market.
  • Helps to continue to define the Company's target audience(s) and devises methods in which to raise awareness of True North Log Homes Inc. to identified groups to further boost sales.
  • Develops and monitors the company's WordPress website.
  • Coordinates photo shoots, creates advertisements and brochures, and creates content for the company blog.
  • Reaches out to local and international publications to increase brand presence.
  • Creates and monitors media campaigns and tracks engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Develops and presents quarterly marketing performance reports to the leadership team.
  • Assists the sales team during trade shows and seminars.
  • Manages online reputation and communicates with clients on relevant review sites (i.e, Home Stars, Google Reviews etc.) to address their inquiries.
  • Manages HubSpot, qualifies and assigns leads to the sales team and or dealers.
  • Researches the industry to keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Manager, Content Creator, or 57 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Post Secondary Degree or certificate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong experience with SEO in content development and content marketing.
  • Strong experience with analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.
  • Strong experience with conversion rate optimization analysis and tactics.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content. Must have comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
  • Strong Public Relations and Communications Skills and Experience representing a global brand.
  • Google Certifications, HubSpot Certifications, and videography capabilities are considered significant assets.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and website management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
