RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Under the general direction of the Manager, Microsoft Cloud Architecture, the M365 Business Analyst will:

Identify and analyze existing documentation relating delegation of resource access within UTMail+ (Microsoft 365).
Identify and communicate with departmental IT representatives to obtain a list of M365 departmental delegation needs and associated rational.
Generate a report on departmental needs and associated rational.
Research M365 delegation solutions, both Microsoft based and 3rd party.
Generate a report on recommended M365 delegation solutions and their applicability to the U of T M365 environment.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Education:

Currently enrolled in an Information Technology degree or college program.

Experience:

Demonstrated ability to create and edit policy guidelines.
Hands on experience supporting Office 365 is an asset.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products including Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to research, analyze and summarize complex information.
Ability to prepare and present detailed reports.
Interest in institutional policy.
Interest in IT/technology, specifically Microsoft 36
Strong communications skills (especially written).
Knowledge of project management.

Other:

Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively when there are multiple demands while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Show initiative and the ability to exercise good judgment and maintain discretion.
