What to Expect

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week. Many students will be limited to parttime depending on their academic standing.

What You'll Do

Study graphite surface reactivity with physical and electrochemical characterization methods
Study how different paired cathodes affect anode performance

What You'll Bring

Basic knowledge: graphite, lithium battery, physically and chemical characterization methods for cell materials
Characterization methods: XPS, NMR, Raman, EIS, coin cell and EL cell testing
Good communication skills
3/4th year undergraduate, Master's, or PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering
