    Description

    Do you consider yourself an extroverted person and love meeting new people? enjoy a fast paced outdoors work environment? Do you consider yourself a salesperson who wants to hone in their skills?

    We are growing student run and owned painting business in the GTA, Oakville in this case. We are looking for hardworking dedicated people who see the value in improving themselves this upcoming spring and summer. No previous work experience needed

    This role is for individuals who are seeking to learn new skills, improve both communication and people skills and put themselves outside of their comfort zones.

    Requirements

    • Able to communicate with new people on the fly
    • Minimum 10/h weekly availability
    • Willingness to learn on the fly and adapt to new situations
    • Thrive in a fast paced work environment
    • Strong work ethic
    • Positive Outlook and energy
    • Fluent in English big plus side if able to communicate fluently in any other languages

    Payment structure ranges-

    Starting salary range begins at 16.55$ per hour -20$ per hour +bonuses based on lead generation

    Location- Primarily based in the Oakville area of Kerr Village, Falgarwood, Trafalgar and and Uptown Core
