What You Will Do

  • Act as a guardian of the Prophix brand visual identity, voice & tone, overarching brand experience governing the way we express ourselves with our strategic brand goals top of mind, and championing the brand internally & externally
  • Support brand management across organization, including creation of new onboarding / training programs
  • Support creation and implementation of employer branding strategy
  • Be able to provide clear brand / creative recommendations, trainings, or executional support for teams or external parties who require them
  • Stay current on market trends, industry activities, and industry best practices to ensure our brand and marketing team is informed of critical nuances
  • Support production planning, coordination and management of content projects (video as a key format, but also: design, copy) and campaigns
  • Manage projects with content creators (inhouse and external) to ensure production is delivered on time, on budget, and up to brand / quality standards
  • Create plans for repurposing, adapting and remixing existing content for different use cases
  • Provide handson creative executional support as needed to produce content and support campaign work
  • Implement and maintain brand and creative production best practices across all projects
  • Own social media calendar for YouTube and Glassdoor
  • Own platform maintenance of and engagement with users on YouTube and Glassdoor
  • Create employerbranding related content for all social channels with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Create and champion employee advocacy activities on social media with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Support other social media content creation and audience engagement initiatives
  • Track content production against content strategy goals
  • Support project management for content creation
  • Keep teams continually updated on new content available for activation
  • Support content management processes: content uploads, organization, measurement, optimization

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of marketing and content creation processes and project flow
  • Incredible eye for detail able to spot and action against brand violations, sensitive to adherence to brand guidelines
  • Excellent organizational skills, with experience taking ownership of projects and managing them to completion
  • Selfstarter with a handson, proactive attitude comfortable with working with a mostly remote daytoday team
  • An exceptional team player with a proven ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and influence crossfunctional teams
  • Experience with content creation tools / software (e.g. Canva, Descript, Jasper)
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located
  • Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software (e.g. Wrike, Asana) is beneficial
  • Experience in marketing cloudbased / SAAS solutions is preferred but not a requirement
